Rooms are available Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 10pm. On Sundays rooms may be available from time to time if hiring does not conflict with Quaker activity. We prefer regular lettings. Availability is best on weekday mornings and on Saturdays.
All day use: 8 hours for the price of 7
Users are normally allowed 15 minutes setting up time and 15 minutes clearing up time.
A regular user is a group or individual who uses the room at least 4 times a year.
Main Meeting Room - a large and attractive, room on ground floor, carpeted, with wood paneling. 10.3m X 9.8m. Loop system. Suspended spherical lights. Seating capacity 120.
Weekdays £30.00 an hour (non-regular users), £25.00 (regular)
Weekends £40.00 an hour(non-regular users), £36.00 (regular)
Small Meeting Room - downstairs, parquet floor. 7.6m X 4.1m overhead lighting. Seating capacity 25 – 30.
Any day £17 per hour

Library - upstairs, carpeted, 5.5m X 3.8m. Ideal for smaller group meetings of up to 20. Lovely character filled room.
Weekdays: £20 per hour
Weekends: £22 per hour (non-regular users), £20 (regular)
Elders’ Room - downstairs, tiled floor with rug. Comfortable sofa and chairs. 5m X10.3m. Cozy and quiet. Ideal for one-to-one counseling.
Any day £12 per hour

Stacking chairs and folding tables.
Tea Point – available in the foyer on the ground floor. Tea cups and teapot available at no extra charge.
Kitchen – downstairs, fully fitted, cooker, refrigerator, saucepans, utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Disabilities: access is available to the ground floor (main meeting room and foyer only by a portable ramp. There is a toilet for people with disabilities on the ground floor. The main meeting room has a loop system.
Location: The Meeting House is 200 meters from Hampstead Heath and many beautiful walks. It is also situated within easy reach of an interesting variety of restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. (map)
Public Transport: Hampstead Tube Station (Northern line, Edgware branch).
Buses 210 or 268 to Whitestone Pond.
Parking: Pay and display parking is available behind Jack Straw’s Castle (a few minutes walk) and opposite the Meeting House. Parking after 6pm is free. Street parking is scarce and controlled until 8pm.
